• Unlimited correspondence with your coordinator during the month prior to your wedding

• Site walkthrough to go over diagram and event flow

• Rehearsal orchestration

• Contact with vendors during the month prior to your wedding

• Creation of day-of itinerary and diagrams

• Distribution of final itinerary to vendors and bridal party

• 8 hours of supervision and direction of ceremony and reception set-up (with option of additional hours as needed)

• Placement of all personal items, favors, escort cards, etc
